a. Ph.D. in Mol. Biology/Biochemistry//Biotechnology.
b. Atleast 2 years experience in microarray technology, preferably Affymetrix. Should have worked on gene expression as well as genotyping arrays.
c. Experience on Sequenom platform will be an added advantage.
d. Should possess good bioinformatics and biostatistics knowledge - experience with softwares like p-link, R etc., would be an added advantage
e. Should have good communication skills and team leadership qualities.
