Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 27 December 201] from 10:00 a.m. at Machine Intelligence Unit (MIU), 4th floor of the Platinum Jubilee Building of the Institute for the recruitment of two (02) Project linked persons, purely on temporary basis, in the Machine Intelligence Unit of the Institute, to work in the project titled "An Integrated Approach to Rational Drug Design",
Qualifications : ME / M.Tech. or equivalent in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology with throughout first class; or M.Sc in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology or MCA with first class throughout. Relaxation may be given to the candidates having significant publications. A good knowledge in Computer Programming (C/C++/Java) is must and evidence of having done some courses related to Computer Programming is required.
Pay : Consolidated Rs 16000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand only) to Rs 20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) per month, depending on the qualification and experience,
Tenure of Appointment : The appointment will be till 31 March 2012 from the date of his/her joining the institute which may be extended later/terminated earlier, depending on availability of funds and performance of the candidates.}
Age : The age limit is 35 years as on 01 December 2011, usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ Women and Physically Handicapped candidates. Age relaxation may be given to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.
