Essential Qualification :
a. 1st class in M.Sc Life Sciences / Bioinformatics / Computational Biology or M.tech in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics
b. Excellent practical knowledge of bioinformatics with a minimum of one year documented experience using bioinformatics and computational biology tools techniques in a good research laboratory. Skilld should include genome-wide analysis, protein docking studies and molecular dynamics, small molecules interactions and protein-ligand dynamics studies, experience in systems modeling, analysis and managing data from public databases such as NCBI and ENSEMBL proficiency in common bioinformatics programming languages such as PERL or JAVA
Desirable : Publication in peer reviewed journals on application of Bioinformatics in disease biology and similar topics
Pay : Rs 14000/- + 20% HRA pm
Duration :One year or till termination of the project
