Within the newly established, DFG-funded Research Graduate School 1715 a PhD position is immediately open for studying neurotrophic actions of Thyroid Hormone during ischemic brain injury.
This project covers in vitro experiments using primary neuronal cell cultures as well as the analysis of several mouse models of impaired TH signaling and TH transport.
