Postdoc Scholarship Immunology - Ireland

Postdoctoral Fellowship, funded by a Science Foundation Ireland Principal Investigator Award to Prof. Kingston Mills, is available from February 2012.
The overall focus of the project is on new immunotherapeutic approaches based on the Th1/Th17 axis and its regulation. The successful candidate will work on the role of IL-17 cytokine family in immunity to tumours and the induction of polyfunctional T cells as a therapeutic strategy for cancer in murine models.

Candidates should have a PhD in immunology, with research experience in the area of tumour immunology.
Starting Salary: €37,700-€43,643 p.a., commensurate with experience.
